How to Order

There are two ways you can order from us:


  1. You can order by calling us on 02 95674144 or 1300 722403
  2. All verbal orders will be placed in the knowledge that no future claims can be made for the accuracy or correctness of the product or quantity ordered. The CartridgeMate representative taking the order will confirm your order details before finalizing the order and will forward email confirming these details upon completion.
  3. You can order through this website and the steps are as followed...

When you see an item you like, click on the buy button to make the purchase. Enter the number you wish to purchase in the "Qty" boxes on the right hand side. Click "Update" to see the new total cost. Your items will remain in your shopping cart for 10 days unless you checkout. Continue shopping by going back to the item list. When you are satisfied with your order, proceed to the checkout by clicking "Checkout". Follow the checkout process, and when you have finished, we will give you a receipt number. Your tax invoice will then be sent and emailed to you.

Order Cancellations

We can only cancel orders before the goods are despatched. To find out if your order has been despatched please contact customer services on:

If your order has already been despatched and you still wish to cancel the order please follow the returns procedure detailed on returns and refunds.

Backorder

Backorder items are products that are not currently in stock. These items are on order from the manufacturers. If you order an item that is out of stock and we are unable to provide the product within the delivery period specified, we will notify you by email when the products will be arriving at our warehouse and when they will be available for despatch. If the alternative delivery date is not acceptable then you can cancel the order.

Returns and Refunds


Any of our products may be returned to CartridgeMate Pty Ltd for replacement or refund subject to the following:

Cancellation of Order - Not Faulty

To cancel your order you must e-mail, fax or write to us (a telephone call is not deemed to be sufficient) within seven days of receipt of your order.

Please Note:

You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged, opened or used will not be accepted. The return freight is payable by the customer, the goods should be insured as it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in its original condition and packed to protect outer packaging We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst the items are being returned to us. Non-defective returns notified within 7 days of invoice date will incur a 15% restocking fee plus $10 handling charge.Non-defective returns notified outside the seven-day period will be subject to a 25% restocking charge up to 30 days plus $10 handling charge. Goods must be returned within 7 days of CartridgeMate confirmation acceptance of return. Please Note some items are non refundable unless faulty - please check with CartridgeMate prior to ordering.

On receipt of your returned goods, we will authorise a refund or apply to next order - (at our discretion). Please allow a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you used a credit card to make your purchase, we will credit the same card number. If you made your purchase using Paypal we shall refund to your Paypal account. If you paid with a cheque or postal order, we will send you a refund cheque in the post. Our delivery service charges are not refundable.

Cancellation of Order - Faulty or Incorrect Ordered Returns

Please check carefully items upon receipt - shipping discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will replace the product plus the cost of returning item to us - We will charge for correct item and credit on receipt of return of unopened undamaged product - You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged, opened or used will not be accepted.

Faulty Item

Please contact us in writing for a return authorization number where we will provide details of return procedure. Please remember to enclose a copy of your invoice plus authorization number given. We will either replace or refund or credit at our discretion. Please provide a description of the fault plus prints showing nature of problem. If the product has been tampered with credit will not be considered. The return freight is payable by the customer, the goods should be insured as it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in its original condition, within 14 days. Goods returned outside 14 days will be rejected. Item shipped receiver to pay will be rejected. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst the items are being returned to us. On receipt of returned product our technicians will evaluate and then contact you to advise result. Product deemed to be faulty shall be replaced.

Return Authority

All returns must have a return authority - goods returned without authority will be rejected and returned to sender

Delivery of Product

Unless the Customer selects delivery insurance and specifically requests personal hand-delivery or requires their signature to receive goods or their respective agent (they have given authority to accept on their behalf) by typing such a request in the special instructions section on checkout page. Customer hereby agrees that delivery of the Products may be left at the Customers nominated delivery address without any signature on receipt or any physical handover to the Customer and consequently accepts without reservation that upon delivery under such circumstances, the title of the goods and associated risk, immediately passes to the Customer.
Any shipping discrepancies must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of goods

Warranty

CartridgeMate branded products are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to cartridges which have been altered, damaged, improperly stored or installed, or subject to abuse or abnormal operation. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is as per their warranty which can be found on their websites - generally this is 3-6 months dependent on supplier
