Australian Orders

We offer a standard 1-3 day delivery on all Internet orders,(excluding weekends and public holidays) regardless of the order value, to any Australian address. Shipping and handling fee for Inkjet and Toner cartridges is $9.95 (regardless of the size of your order).
Delivery times are a estimate as we have no control when goods are passed to Courier/Australia post.

Most orders received by 10am are shipped same day and delivered on same day in Melbourne Sydney Brisbane Adelaide & Perth

in some instances we may be able to deliver to post office box - if so, additional charges may apply - we will contact you if this is the case

Our shipping fee is based on metro/close regional shipping. In rare cases, some areas are charged at a higher rate by our couriers (especially remote and out of the way places), so we may contact you with a more accurate shipping rate before we process your order. You may accept or decline based on the final shipping charge we quote you.

Unless the Customer selects delivery insurance and specifically requests personal hand-delivery or requires their signature to receive goods or their respective agent (they have given authority to accept on their behalf) by typing such a request in the special instructions section on checkout page. Customer hereby agrees that delivery of the Products may be left at the Customers nominated delivery address without any signature on receipt or any physical handover to the Customer and consequently accepts without reservation that upon delivery under such circumstances, the title of the goods and associated risk, immediately passes to the Customer.

All discrepancies in shipping must be advised via email within 24 hours of receipt to sales@cartridgemate.com.au

International Orders

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, and proceeded to the checkout area, you will be given an exact delivery charge based on the product\s ordered and the destination country.

We normally despatch all orders received before 3:00pm EST (Monday-Friday) the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be despatched the next working day.

All orders delivered to Australian addresses are despatched via Post or a National Courier Service.
All international orders are despatched by Post Airmail or Express Airmail and you should normally receive your order within 3-10 working days, dependant on your location after despatch

However on occasions receiving country customs can delay delivery as such Australia Post do not guarantee delivery times.
